Generally, it takes about 6 to 12 weeks for your reward to be processed because the bank or financial product provider needs a couple of weeks to verify your details. This means that we can only confirm your eligibility once we receive the pertinent details from them. 


Once they give us confirmation, we'll verify your reward eligibility based on your details in the claim form. Then we'll send you an email on when you can expect your reward. 


Do take note that we only fulfil MoneySmart rewards. Financial products, such as credit cards, insurance and home loans, will be provided directly by our partner bank or financial product provider. 


Rewards from a MoneySmart Exclusive Promotion is not sent with your financial product as the fulfilment is done by MoneySmart and goes through a validation process with the bank. You can find more information here.
