There are 3 main reasons as to why PayNow transactions become unsuccessful.
- The details provided in the claim form are not accurate. To avoid hiccups, kindly always double check all the text fields before submitting your claim form.
- The mobile number indicated in the claim form is not linked to PayNow. To ensure that your mobile number is properly linked to your PayNow account, you must have a registered PayNow account with your respective bank.
- The mobile number given is linked to a PayLah account. Kindly take note that PayNow and PayLah are two different payment systems. You need to make sure that you share with us your PayNow registered mobile number.
*Kindly note that MoneySmart only can transfer cash via PayNow. Request to do it via PayLah will not be accepted.
