Okay, at this point, we assumed you have the knowledge of how our redemption process works. 


One very important thing to note is our step 6 and 7. The banks sending a report to MoneySmart. MoneySmart will only be able to process our fulfilment if the banks have sent us the report. This is because the bank is using the report to tell MoneySmart whether you are eligible for the campaign, or not. MoneySmart internally has agreed upon the arrangement with the respective timelines to the best of our abilities. However, without these reports, we won't be able to process the fulfilment.
