For users with SmartPoints credited to your wallet after 13th May 2024, your SmartPoints will expire after 12 months from the day they were credited to your Available balance. For users with SmartPoints credited to your wallet before 13th May 2024, your SmartPoints will expire after 2 months from the day they were credited to your available balance. Remember to use them to redeem your favorite gifts from the Rewards Store or convert them to cash before they expire. Once expired, unused SmartPoints will be removed from your Available balance and cannot be used anymore.
