Unsuccessful PayNow transactions can be attributed to two main reasons:


  1. Incorrect mobile phone number provided in the claim form.
  2. The mobile phone number in the claim form is not linked to PayNow. To ensure proper linkage, your mobile phone number must be associated with a registered PayNow account at your respective bank.


Please note that transactions may fail if the mobile number is linked to a digital bank, such as Trust Bank or GXS Bank, due to limitations on receiving funds from us.


It's important to emphasize that MoneySmart can only transfer cash via PayNow, and requests for bank transfers will not be accepted.
