In the event that you are ineligible to redeem MoneySmart rewards, it means that you did not fulfil all the requirements for the campaign that you participated in. (Eg: If the campaign requires you to spend $500 within 30 days, and you spend out of the stipulated window, our partner might tag you as ineligible.)

Kindly read through the terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you are able to fulfil all the eligibility requirements. 

As MoneySmart is bound by PDPA,  we will not be able to retrieve your account information from our end. You may contact the partner for clarification and further assistance regarding your eligibility.
