The URN is important, as this is the only detail we use to cross check your eligibility with the financial partner.
It is a unique alphanumeric identifier provided by a partner after you’ve submitted an application for a particular financial product. This reference number is tagged to your application and used to verify your eligibility. As the URN is case sensitive, please check that you have the correct number keyed into the claim form. A minor variance will cause delays in our cross checks with our partners. (Eg: keying O as 0 or I as 1.)
