The Application Reference Number is generated once you've successfully completed your online application with the financial partner. Following this, the partner will send you an acknowledgment email containing the Application Number.


In the event that you may have inadvertently deleted the aforementioned email, rest assured that you can directly contact the respective partner. They will be able to assist you in retrieving the necessary information. 


Additionally, please remember to submit the claim form once you've obtained the Application Reference Number.
