Application processing is done by the financial partners, while fulfilment is done by MoneySmart. 

 

This means that your eligibility is based on the status report provided by the partners, and we’ll only proceed with the fulfilment once the customer is validated as eligible.

 

MoneySmart adheres with PDPA guidelines, hence we coordinate with our partners to confirm your eligibility.

 

The reason for the 4 to 5 months of waiting time is because our partners need ample time to validate, consolidate, and finalise the list of eligible customers for the campaign.
