Each MoneySmart promotion has a unique claim form, which you need to fill out and submit within the specified submission period.

In order to submit a claim, you will need to register an account with MoneySmart. Once you have registered your MoneySmart account, choose the claim form for the promotion that you have applied for and enter your information.

To better facilitate your reward fulfilment, do ensure you've claimed for the correct promotion. Here are 3 things to pay attention to when submitting a claim form:

  1. Check that the claim form belongs to the correct financial partner
  2. Ensure you've applied for your credit card/loan/insurance within the claim's promotion date
  3. Enter the correct Application Number (Unique Reference Number) as provided by the financial partner

Here are the steps:

1. Sign up or log in to your MoneySmart account

2. Go to Claim Rewards → Claims.

3. Choose the promotion you’ve applied for and click “Claim Now” to submit your claim form.
