Each MoneySmart promotion comes with a unique claim form that must be filled out and submitted within the specified submission period.


To submit a claim, follow these steps:

  1. Register an account with MoneySmart.
  2. Choose the claim form for the promotion you have applied for and enter your information.


To ensure smooth reward fulfillment, make sure to:

  • Confirm that the claim form corresponds to the correct financial partner.
  • Verify that you applied for your financial product within the promotion date.
  • Enter the correct Application Number (Unique Reference Number) provided by the financial partner. 
  • Ensure your MoneySmart account email matches the one used with the financial partner.


Here are the steps:


1. Sign up or log in to your MoneySmart account


2. Go to Claim Rewards → Claims.



3. Choose the promotion you’ve applied for and click “Claim Now” to submit your claim form.
