SmartPoints can be used to redeem gifts from the Rewards Store or converted to cash. If you don’t have enough SmartPoints for a reward, you can also use a combination of SmartPoints and cash to complete your redemption. Please note that this option may not be available for certain rewards, such as miles conversions.
